Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry and on an inspection of the site where applicable. Variations, additional works or unforeseen conditions may affect the final price and will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Scope of Work

Work is carried out in line with the scope agreed in writing. Any changes to that scope should be confirmed with us so the schedule and cost can be adjusted fairly.

Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If an issue arises with completed work, contact us and we will assess it and respond appropriately.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. Deposits, progress payments and final payments are to be made in line with those terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the completion or rectification of the work concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
